Ivey Lodge is one of two main cabins here at Camp Buffalo. It is made up of one long room that has bunk beds for 25 people. There are fireplaces at each end for heat in the winter. It also has a gas stove and a wood-burning stove. There is a wood shed outside to provide firewood all winter. The Lodge is also equipped with a refrigerator.

Very close to Ivey Lodge is the Ivey Shower Facility. This brick building has six individual stalls equipped with a shower and bench. There are also two latrines included in this facility. These showers are seasonal, being turned on in mid- to late April and being shut off in mid- to late October.
