Station Startup Procedure

• Turn on master power switch.
• Boot computer if needed.
• Connect antenna cables to ground panel at right of desk. The cables are color coded.
• Log into computer
  • User Name: consult info at computer.
  • Password: consult info at computer.
• Set time on computer if needed. It should be set to local time.
• Turn on the radio.
• Make an entry in the logbook.
• Start operating

Station Shutdown Procedure

• Make an entry in the logbook.
• Turn off the radios.
• Shutdown the computer.
• Turn off the master power switch.
• Disconnect the antenna cables.
• Return all materials to there storage locations.
• Cover Equipment
